Instead of creating a traditional business plan, participants use tools like Decision Sheets and 30-60-90 Day Plans to guide discussion, prioritize initiatives, and turn ideas into action.

Growth360 supports the decisions business owners make daily by providing a shared language and structure for focus, agenda setting, decision-making, and execution. The framework stays true to how entrepreneurs naturally think and work, making it easier to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities across the business.
